Enrolment Documentation

To complete the enrolment process, please fill out and submit all the following online forms:

  1. Enrolment Agreement

  2. Medical Records

  3. School Rules and Guidelines for Behaviour

Please ensure you have the following document(s) on hand when filling out the Enrolment Agreement:

  • Student’s Birth Certificate / proof of NZ Citizenship / Visa page of passport

Application & Enrolment Payment

An application and enrolment fee of $500 is to be paid online via the Enrolment Agreement form.

Before you can submit the Enrolment Agreement form, you will be asked to pay the Enrolment Fee online. Please have your card details ready.

You will receive confirmation of your enrolment upon receipt of all the associated documentation and the Enrolment Fee.
